Beginning of Meditation

Take a Calm Place

  1. Wash your face for refreshment. 
  2. Take a Peaceful place or wake up before your family members wake at home.
  3. Take a clean carpet.
  4. Then seat on that carpet or seat at where is comport for you.
  5. Hold you hands like this

In this position , seat on 
Breathe
Breathe an air naturally and focus the breathe only ...
get the air and imagine ,air fill up the stomach and all air goes out , just focus the air, not thoughts .

Only air ...not thoughts remember ... Several thoughts are running in your mind ,that's breaking your clear mind path .. 
    So just focus your breathe only.
    Little Vibration
    After thoughts are getting decrease on your mind , then center of forehead will have a little vibration. It is a starting stage of meditation.
